COMPANY PROFILE

In the year 1977 the production of Underground Power & Control cables under the “FINECAB” brand was also started. The “FINECAB” brand soon became very popular in Andhra Pradesh for its Quality Product and timely deliveries. As the business grew it was converted into a Private Limited Company in the year 1995 and the name was changed to FINECAB WIRES AND CABLES (P) LTD.

FINECAB's modern manufacturing plant is located at IDA Patancheru Medak Dist (A.P.) about 35 Km from Hyderabad. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Ramniwasji Bhutada “FINECAB” has grown by leaps and bounds adding new varieties of cables and wires in its product range.

FINECAB manufactures high quality PVC Wires, and Heavy Duty Medium Voltage Power and Control Cables meeting the specifications of INDIAN, BRITISH and other International Standards.

The Product Range now includes 3.3 KV PVC Mining Cables as per IS 1554 (Part II), LT Aerial Bunched cables and LT & HT XLPE Insulated Power cables.

“FINECAB” has BIS certification marks license for

a)	1100 Volts PVC insulated (Heavy Duty) armoured and unarmoured cables as per IS 1554 (Part I) .
b)	1100 Volts PVC insulated cables as per IS 694.
c)	3.3 KV PVC insulated (Heavy Duty) Electric cables as per IS 1554 (Part II).
d)	11 KV HT XLPE Power Cables as per IS: 7098 (Part II).

FINECAB`s motto is SUCCESS THROUGH TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT.

With this as its vision FINECAB obtained ISO 9002 in the year 2000. At FINECAB, the effort has always been to keep improving. Thus, it was natural for FINECAB to upgrade to ISO 9001:2000 in the year 2003.

FINECAB Cables have also been Type Tested at CENTRAL POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE (CPRI) and National Test House (NTH) and found to be fully conforming to the BIS specifications.

In 2001 the Company Received an AWARD for Best Quality and Productivity from the Council for Industrial & Trade Development (India) through the hands of Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Shri Chandra Babu Naidu.

The company was proud to repeat the performance once again in 2003 and received the AWARD for Good Productivity & Quality Control from the Council for Industrial & Trade Development (India) through the hands of His Excellency the Governor of Andhra Pradesh Shri Surjit Singh Barnala.
